Wren! - 2021 Epiphone ‘Inspired By Gibson’ ES-339

Meet Wren

Not every guitar that finds their way to The Stray Chord needs rescuing.

Some simply need helping to find their next chapter.

Wren has spent her life exactly as a guitar should, making music. She has been lovingly cared for by her owner and has lived exclusively in a home studio, where she helped record an original album before earning a well-deserved retirement. Now she’s ready for a new adventure and someone else to continue writing her story.

2021 Epiphone ‘Inspired By Gibson’ ES-339

Finished in beautiful condition and in full working order, Wren has seen only light studio use and has been exceptionally well looked after throughout her life.

The ES-339 offers everything players love about a classic semi-hollow, but in a more compact, comfortable body. Whether you’re playing blues, jazz, indie, classic rock or anything in between, she’s wonderfully versatile and incredibly comfortable to spend hours with.

Features include:

Alnico Classic Pro humbuckers

Grover Rotomatic tuners

Comfortable semi-hollow ES-339 body

Excellent condition throughout

Studio use only

This isn’t one of our usual restorations, because Wren simply didn’t need one. Instead, we’re delighted to help find her the loving home she deserves.

Every guitar has a story.

Some are rescued from neglect.

Others have faithfully served their owner, ready to inspire somebody new.

Wren belongs to the second group.

Could her next chapter be with you?
