Sharp fretwork, a dry fingerboard, hazy bodywork and a less-than-ideal setup meant a fundamentally interesting guitar wasn't living up to its potential.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFollowing extensive fretwork, finish correction and a complete professional setup, Kassie was successfully rehomed for \u003cstrong\u003e£110\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eAbout Kassie\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDesigned by Japanese guitar company \u003cstrong\u003eAria Pro II\u003c\/strong\u003e, the Jet-2 takes a deliberately unconventional approach to the affordable offset electric guitar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA poplar body is paired with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard carrying an unusually generous \u003cstrong\u003e24 frets\u003c\/strong\u003e, while a chamfered neck joint helps provide comfortable access to the upper register.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe electronics are refreshingly straightforward. Two \u003cstrong\u003eAria Amp-90 Alnico pickups\u003c\/strong\u003e provide the character and immediacy associated with P90-style designs, controlled by a three-way pickup selector, master volume and master tone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bridge pickup delivers plenty of attack, brightness and definition, while the neck position provides fuller mids and lows. Add some overdrive and the Jet-2's combination of offset construction and P90-style pickups makes it particularly well suited to indie, alternative, punk and rock.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKassie's deep Black finish complements the unusual Jet body shape, transforming what could easily have disappeared into a sea of conventional budget guitars into
